Endo Sushi is a famous 100-year-old sushi shop located in Osaka's central fish market. The space is tiny but cozy and the sushi incredibly fresh. Sushi can be ordered a la carte, but the chef's selection set, or Maze sushi, which consists of 5 seasonal pieces of nigiri sushi for 1000 yen, is recommended. Each additional set allows you to sample of all the other fish of the day or just your favorites. Different from other sushi restaurants soy sauce is brushed on your nigiri sushi as desired. Endo Sushi is open from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
