Several anime toys and figurines are on display ranging from ¥1000 to as much as ¥30000 or even more

The flea market attracts a lot of onlookers and passers-by, including myself

Anime toys and figurines were most of the items you can see on display

Here, the toys are not just for the kids, but also for anime-loving teens, men and women, and even senior citizens

You can ask some artists to draw your favorite anime and cartoon characters for ¥3000 and up

From the second level of Akihabara UDX, you can see a whole line of colors from the many assorted items on display

The Mottainai Festival showcases an assortment of merchandise, items, events and activities that promote the organizers' vision of 3R and R, which stands for "reduce, reuse, recycle and respect". This environment-friendly festival started in 2012 and has been held annually since then for the purpose of promoting a sustainable recycling-oriented society. One of the festival's activities is the Mottainai Flea Market, where a long line of assorted stalls and vendors by the Akihabara UDX feature used books, clothing, anime toys and action figures, and even indigenous arts and handicrafts, mostly designed and crafted by the vendors themselves.
